• Communication
    • Crews just show up when convenient for them.
    • Told so and so would be onsite this day and this time but no one ever shows.
    • Follow ups on the above always have an excuse as to why they never show
    • Always told something came up so they couldn’t make it

  • Electrician
    • Ken is not a professional electrician.
    • Drilled holes in exterior for wiring and never sealed gaps with air foam
    • Clearly does not know current code policies as outlined in not running conduit directly to the panel
    • Outside outlet was installed between 2 panels rendering it completely useless “Maybe that’s why it is not even hooked up.
    • Comes onsite only to leave 2 hours later because he has to go home and take a nap. WTF

  • Grading
The yard around the pool was to be done better but instead, the fence was installed then 1/2 ass grading was done. Everything in the pool yard will wash away right through the fence because of a hard drop. I specifically mentioned grading to be done even if I had to bring in dirt before the fence was installed. Now I will have to pull the fence out, grade the yard then install the fence again.

  • Grotto
The grotto was a must along with a waterfall. The pictures we were shown looked great so we decided on the type of grotto and jump rock. Steve had a great idea of changing the pool end were the grotto would go so we went with his idea. The problem was when it came time to install the grotto it was not made for the adjustments Steve had made. I said up front it looked like crap but Steven had asked us to let them put it together and we would change our minds. Well the grotto was put together and it looked like trash so I said NOPE, It has got to go. This was done in the dead of winter so the concrete that was used in the grotto was extremely poor and was not going to be safe to go under so they propped the entire thing up was a 4×4 that rested in the middle of the sundeck. The pool was closed so work was at a standstill until spring.
